👨‍🍳 The Role

• Prepare and cook high-quality fresh dishes to a consistent standard
• Run your own section during service
• Support senior chefs with kitchen operations
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards
• Assist with prep and contribute ideas where appropriate

🔥 About You

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis ready to step up)
• Passion for fresh food and seasonality
• Able to work calmly under pressure
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
• Good understanding of food safety and HACCP
