Chef in Leeds

Role: Agency chef

Location: Leeds and surrounding areas

Pay Rate: £17 per hour Monday to Friday and £19 per hour weekends

Contract Type: Temporary agency work, flexible shifts, part-time and full-time hours available

Blue Arrow Leeds is currently recruiting experienced Chefs for flexible agency chef work across care homes in Leeds and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for confident chefs looking for local work, weekly pay, flexible shifts and rewarding work where you can make a real difference.

About the Chef Role

· Flexible agency shifts to suit your availability and lifestyle

· Work available from a few days a week to full-time hours

· Chef assignments across schools, care homes and healthcare environments

· Preparing nutritious, high-quality meals while maintaining excellent food safety standards

What We're Looking For

· Enhanced DBS certificate - essential; however, we can support with a new application if required

· Previous Chef experience, ideally within schools, care homes, healthcare, education or contract catering

· Strong knowledge of dietary requirements, allergens and food safety procedures

· Ability to lead a kitchen, manage menus, organise prep and maintain high standards

· Driving licence and access to a vehicle would be helpful, but is not essential
