Your Role

As a Chef Manager, you will:

• Prepare and cook fresh, high-quality meals
• Maintain exceptional food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Manage stock, food storage, and kitchen organisation
• Work effectively as part of a busy kitchen team
• Deliver consistently high standards of food presentation and service
• Support smooth day-to-day kitchen operations

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Chef Manager in a professional kitchen
• Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Head Chef, or equivalent experience
• Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred but not essential)

· Current DBS check is advantageous & preferred for some placements, but is not essential

• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Own transport is beneficial due to multiple client locations
