Your Responsibilities

As a Chef Manager, you will:

Prepare and cook nutritious, high-quality meals

Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are always maintained

Oversee stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation

Lead and support kitchen staff within busy catering environments

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service delivery

Help manage the smooth daily operation of the kitchen

What We're Looking For

Previous experience working as a Chef Manager or senior chef within a professional kitchen

Background as a Sous Chef, Head Chef, Chef Manager, or equivalent level role

Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable but not essential

· Current DBS certificate is beneficial for certain assignments, although not mandatory

Dependable, professional, and confident working independently

Strong communication and team leadership skills

Access to your own transport is advantageous due to multiple client locations
