Join one of the UK's leading independent school catering companies and bring your culinary leadership to a prestigious school in Windsor. We're looking for a passionate and experienced Chef Manager to oversee the preparation and service of breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a vibrant educational setting.

🔹 About the Role:
As Chef Manager, you'll lead a dedicated kitchen team to deliver high-quality, nutritious meals that support student wellbeing and academic success. You'll manage day-to-day kitchen operations, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and create a welcoming dining experience.

🔹 Key Details:
Salary: £34,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM)
Contract: Term time only (approx. 39 weeks per year)
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner service

🔹 Responsibilities:
Plan and prepare seasonal, balanced menus
Lead and motivate the kitchen team
Ensure food hygiene and health & safety compliance
Manage stock, ordering, and kitchen budgets
Build strong relationships with school staff and pupils

🔹 About You:
Proven experience in a similar role (e.g., Chef Manager, Head Chef)
Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
Passion for fresh, nutritious food and child-friendly meals
Food Hygiene Level 2 or 3 (or willingness to obtain)
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
