🍳 Chefs - Flexible Shifts 🍽️

📍 Locations: Nottingham, NG2, NG11/NG12 and surrounding areas

🕗 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm (varies by client)

💰 Pay: £16.00 - £20.00 per hour (depending on experience)

We're looking for passionate chefs to cover a variety of sites across Nottingham, NG2, NG11/NG12 and surrounding areas. The best part? You can choose where and when you work, giving you the flexibility to fit shifts around your lifestyle and existing commitments.

We're on the lookout for chefs with an in-date Enhanced DBS (or willing to get one) to join our team. You'll be stepping into kitchens where quality matters, and no two days are quite the same.

🧾 What you'll be doing:

• Preparing and cooking a variety of fresh dishes to a high standard
• Running your own section confidently and independently
• Storing, sorting and rotating ingredients correctly
• Unpacking deliveries and keeping the kitchen organised
• Maintaining excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Communicating clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Supporting wherever needed with a can-do attitude

✅ What we're looking for:

• Previous chef experience in a similar environment
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (within the last 3 years)
• DBS certificate - or willingness to obtain one
• Chef whites and knives
• Able to travel to sites across Nottingham and surrounding areas
• Strong time management, initiative, and communication skills
• Happy to get stuck in with general cleaning and team support
