🔑 The Role

• £15.76 per hour
• 37.5 hours per week
• 5 days out of 7
• Shift patterns:
  • Straight Shifts - with some evenings and weekends off per month
• Overtime available and paid

🍴 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook fresh, high-quality meals to company standards
• Support menu planning and daily food preparation
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management
• Maintain exceptional food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver an excellent dining experience
• Ensure presentation and consistency remain at the highest level

✅ What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Chef, or similar position
• NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent professional cookery qualification
• Food Hygiene Certificate
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A positive attitude with the ability to perform well under pressure
• Passion for fresh food and quality service
