Blue Arrow is working closely with the client to find a reliable and caring Chef for a retirement village in Milton Keynes.

This role is ideal for a Chef who enjoys preparing fresh, homemade meals and is looking for a better work‑life balance, while making a positive difference for residents.

The Role

• Position: Chef
• Hours: 30 hours per week (some evenings and weekends)
• Pay: £14.78 per hour
• Location: Milton Keynes

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing homemade, traditional meals
• Providing residents with a variety of nutritious meal choices
• Supporting kitchen operations and following HACCP standards
• Preparing menus within budget while maintaining high quality

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a similar kitchen or care‑based environment
• Strong kitchen standards and attention to detail
• A QCF / NVQ Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) is desirable
