⏰ Shift Patterns

Weekday Shifts (30‑minute break):

• Earlies: 06:00 - 14:30
• Middles: 09:45 - 18:15
• Lates: 10:15 - 18:45

Weekend Shifts:

• 08:00 - 17:30
  • Includes 1-hour break
  • + 30 minutes lieu time earned

➡️ Weekends are worked on a rota basis, approximately 1 in 4.

🔪 About You

• Previous chef or catering experience
• Able to work as part of a team
• Enthusiastic, organised, and reliable
• Comfortable working across different shift patterns
