We are currently recruiting for a Chef to join a busy education catering team in Winchester. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef looking for a stable, term-time-only position within a rewarding educational environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen.

What's on Offer?

• Term Time Only
• 35 contracted hours per week
• 5 days out of 7, including weekends
• Shifts between 07:00 and 19:30
• No split shifts
• Competitive pay of £14.31 - £14.41 per hour

Requirements

• Previous chef experience in a high-volume catering environment
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety procedures
• Due to the site's location, own transport is essential
• Must be able to obtain or already hold a clear Enhanced DBS check
• Reliable, organised, and able to work as part of a team
