Key Details

• Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 (depending on experience)
• Location: Outskirts of Chichester
• Hours: 5 days out of 7, mixed shifts
• Live‑In: Offsite accommodation available

Role Responsibilities

• Running and managing your own section
• Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
• Helping train and support junior team members
• Assisting the Sous Chef with stock control and ordering
• Ensuring all dishes meet the hotel's quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie
• NVQ Level 1, 2, and 3 or equivalent
• Strong passion for cooking and fresh food
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude and willingness to develop
