Location: Swanage (Live in accommodation available - 10miles from site)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay: £13.71 per hour

Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 7

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at our beautiful hotel in Swanage. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious chef looking to develop their skills in a professional, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Chef de Partie and wider kitchen team in daily food preparation
• Cook to a high standard across multiple sections as required
• Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
• Assist with stock rotation and basic ordering
• Help deliver a consistent, high‑quality dining experience for guests

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a professional kitchen (hotel background desirable but not essential)
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong organisation and time‑management skills
• A passion for great food and consistent standards
