The Role

The Front of House Manager will act as the friendly face of the café, ensuring smooth daily operations and consistently exceptional service. Working closely with the owners, they will maintain high standards, guide the team, and help create memorable visits for every guest.

Key Responsibilities include:

Leading the front‑of‑house team with confidence, professionalism, and warmth
Overseeing daily service to ensure efficient, seamless customer experiences
Training, mentoring, and supporting junior staff
Managing rotas, breaks, and shift scheduling
Handling customer queries with a calm, positive approach
Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming café environment
Collaborating closely with the kitchen team
Assisting with stock checks, ordering, and general admin tasks
