Your Role:

As Head Chef, you'll report to the Catering Manager and oversee a team of Chefs and Catering Assistants. You'll manage rotas, set objectives, and identify training needs. You'll ensure excellent hygiene practices, cater to complex dietary needs, and oversee financial planning, production, waste reduction, and stock control.

Are You the One?

Experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef in mid-to-large scale dining
Skilled in food mass production
A confident, organized leader with great decision-making skills
Deep knowledge of food hygiene, allergies, and intolerances
City & Guilds 7061/2 or equivalent + Level 3 in Food Safety and Allergen Management
