Head Chef

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain inventory and ordering of kitchen supplies, ensuring cost control and waste management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
- Engage with customers, gathering feedback to continuously improve our offerings.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within a high-volume establishment.
- Strong culinary skills with a deep understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
- Creative and innovative mindset, with a keen eye for detail in food presentation.
