Blue Arrow Newcastle are excited to be recruiting for a talented Head Chef to support a busy and vibrant leisure club in Sunderland on an adhoc basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled chef looking for flexibility, variety, and the chance to lead in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

As Head Chef, you'll take ownership of the kitchen during your shifts, delivering high-quality food service and ensuring smooth daily operations. This is an ideal role for someone confident in their ability to work independently while maintaining excellent standards.

What's on Offer

• Pay rate: £16.75 per hour
• Shift pattern: Typically 13:00 - 21:00
• Flexible working: Perfect for chefs seeking a mix of full-time and part-time hours
• Variety: Adhoc shifts to fit around your schedule
• Additional opportunities: Ongoing work available across other sites

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience at Head Chef or Senior Sous level
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently - some shifts may be solo, as kitchen support isn't always guaranteed
• Passion for delivering high-quality food consistently
• A flexible and reliable approach to work
