What You'll Bring

• Previous experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Experience managing stock, budgets and kitchen performance
• A passion for fresh, quality food and high service standards
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
