We're on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen in beautiful Alresford. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a dynamic, evolving food offering and be part of an exciting new chapter.

📅 Working Hours:

Until 1st January 2026:

• Tuesday to Saturday:9:30am - 3:00pm
• 5:30pm - 9:30pm
• Sunday & Monday: Off

From 1st January 2026:

• Tuesday to Thursday: 9:00am - 4:00pm (No evenings!)
• Friday & Saturday: Split shifts
• Sunday & Monday: Off
• ➡️ That means evenings off Tuesday to Thursday!

👨‍🍳 What We're Looking For:

• A skilled and experienced chef who's confident running a kitchen and managing a small team.
• Someone who's happy to follow the owner's lead on menu development and contribute creatively.
• A chef who thrives in both brunch service and refined weekend dining.

🍽 Our Vision:

• Tuesday to Thursday: We're becoming the go-to brunch spot in town.
• Friday & Saturday evenings: A focused, seasonal menu with 4 starters, 4 mains, and 4 desserts.
