Head Chef - Blandford - No Late Nights
Head Chef required for a busy contract catering site in Blandford Forum. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic chef who enjoys a varied role, occasional evening work, and a dynamic service environment.
Key Info:
- Hours: 5 days out of 7, 52 weeks per year
- Shifts: Typically 7-3, 9-5 or 11-7 (weekends on a rota basis)
- Location: Blandford Forum
- High-volume site serving several hundred covers daily
- Residential element on-site with additional hospitality and function work
Responsibilities:
- Deliver consistently high-quality food in line with company standards
- Work in a professional, efficient, and safe manner at all times
- Ensure excellent presentation to client specification
- Take initiative and support the wider team
- Maintain a strong focus on food, service, and continuous improvement

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume environment
- Relevant culinary qualification (City & Guilds or equivalent) or strong experience
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
