Are you a passionate and experienced chef looking for a better work-life balance? We're hiring a Head Chef to lead our kitchen at a busy contract catering site in Salisbury.

🔹 What We Offer:
💷 £15.01 per hour
🕒 Minimum 40 hours per week
📅 Monday to Friday with only 1 weekend in 4 (on a rota basis)
⏰ Shifts between 05:30-14:00 and 09:30-18:00

🔹 About the Role:
As Head Chef, you'll take charge of daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service. You'll lead a small team, manage stock and menus, and bring creativity and consistency to every plate.

🔹 What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a similar environment
Strong leadership and organisational skills A passion for fresh, nutritious food and excellent service
Knowledge of food safety and allergen regulations
