Working Wednesday - Sunday, the kitchen is open for lunch and dinner Weds - Sat and then just Sunday lunch, plus breakfasts for any guests who are overnighting.

Located between Taunton and Exmoor, this lovely country pub is in a beautiful rural location but still within commuting distance from Taunton, Wellington, Tiverton and surrounding areas.

Blessed with the use of local seasonal produce, in particular the local game which often features on the menus.

Looking for a well organised, creative head chef to run all aspects of the kitchen and continue to keep the locals well fed throughout the year, plus the guests from the nearby holiday park who provide the extra income during the warmer months.

Full creative control of the menu which can change weekly and include specials to utilise what's in season and readily available.

There are almost always a team of three in the kitchen (Head, Commis and KP) apart from quieter periods when there will only be two.
