We're looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our friendly team at a busy, fresh-food pub and restaurant near Chichester. 💷 Package
- £46,000-£47,000 basic salary
- £4,000-£6,000 annual tronc
- Full-time permanent position
- 5 days out of 7
- Approximately 45 hours per week
📍 About the Role
- Full responsibility for all kitchen operations
- Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen team
- Maintain high food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Manage stock, GP, ordering, and kitchen compliance
- Work with fresh, seasonal ingredients
- The site can serve up to 300 covers on busy summer days, so experience in a high-volume fresh food environment is essential
🏡 Live-In Accommodation Available
- Comfortable accommodation available in central Chichester
- Located approximately 6 miles from the site
- £180 per week
- Due to the location, candidates will ideally need their own transport (car, bike or moped) to commute to and from work

- Previous experience as a Head Chef or an ambitious Sous Chef ready to progress
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Fresh food background
- Ability to manage busy services while maintaining exceptional standards
