Are you a passionate and experienced Head Chef looking for your next challenge? We are recruiting for a talented kitchen leader to join a busy, successful pub known for its high-volume fresh food offering.
✅ £45,000 Basic Salary
✅ £3,000-£6,000 per year in tips
✅ Quarterly sign-up bonus paid throughout your first year
✅ 48-hour contract
✅ 5 days out of 7
✅ One early finish every week
✅ Opportunity to lead an established kitchen and put your stamp on the menu
As Head Chef, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring consistently high food standards while leading, developing, and inspiring your team.
You'll oversee food quality, stock management, health & safety compliance, and kitchen profitability, all while delivering an exceptional dining experience for guests.
✔ Previous experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
✔ Proven background in high-volume fresh food operations
✔ Strong leadership and team development skills
✔ Passionate about delivering quality food and excellent customer experiences
✔ Carvery experience would be a significant advantage
