An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a well-established and popular pub in the Botley area.

This is a fantastic role for a passionate chef who enjoys delivering high-quality, traditional pub food while leading and developing a small kitchen team. You'll benefit from the support of an established business with structured menus and seasonal menu changes provided from head office, allowing you to focus on exceptional execution, consistency and team management.

The Role

• Lead and manage all kitchen operations
• Deliver quality pub food to consistently high standards
• Manage stock control, ordering and GP targets
• Train, mentor and develop kitchen team members
• Ensure excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Work closely with management to drive customer satisfaction

About You

• Previous experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready for promotion
• Passion for fresh, quality pub food
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Commercially aware with good GP and cost control experience
• Ability to thrive in a busy, customer-focused environment
