Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum
Hours: 09:30 - 18:30
Schedule: 5 days out of 7 (including weekends)
Location: Harrington, NN6
Transport: Must drive

We're seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in the scenic village of Harrington. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate culinary professional to take charge of a well-established kitchen and deliver exceptional food experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
Design and execute seasonal menus with creativity and consistency
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
Manage stock, suppliers, and kitchen budgets effectively
Mentor junior chefs and foster a positive team culture
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients
Excellent communication and team management abilities
Must have access to own transport due to location and shift times
