This isn't a role where you'll simply keep the lights on.

You'll be trusted to:

✅ Lead and inspire a passionate kitchen team

✅ Create exciting seasonal menus using quality local produce

✅ Drive food standards, consistency and creativity

✅ Manage GP, stock control and kitchen performance

✅ Work closely with the Group Executive Chef on new ideas and menu development

✅ Help shape the future of the food offering

You could already be a successful Head Chef or perhaps a Senior Sous Chef who's ready to step out from the shadows and take centre stage.

You'll bring:
