• Salary: £36,000 per year
• Hours: 5 days out of 7 | 2pm-10pm shifts
• Location: Beautiful Lymington

👨‍🍳 What You'll Be Doing:

• Running the kitchen like a pro - from prep to plate
• Creating standout dishes with fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Designing menus that wow both adults and kids
• Keeping the kitchen spotless and up to top hygiene standards
• Listening to customer feedback and adapting with flair
• Collaborating with the team and management to keep things running smoothly

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef in a similar setting
• NVQ Level 1 & 2 (or equivalent)
• A love for fresh food and high standards
• A positive, can-do attitude and a hunger to grow
