We're looking for an experienced Head Chef to take charge of a busy and well-established hospitality operation on the outskirts of Southampton.

This role would suit a Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or experienced Sous Chef ready to step up, particularly someone with experience in branded restaurants, pub chains, hotels, contract catering, or other high-volume kitchen environments.

With a structured food offering, no Christmas party season pressures, and a supportive team already in place, this is a fantastic opportunity for a chef seeking stability, leadership responsibility, and a healthy work-life balance.

The Role

You'll be responsible for leading a team of:

5 Chefs
2 Kitchen Porters

Serving up to 200 covers on busy days, with particularly high volumes during weekend breakfast services.

Food is supplied from head office and regenerated to specification, making this an ideal opportunity for candidates with experience in branded or process-driven kitchen operations where consistency, organisation, and team management are key.
