📍 Locations: Derbyshire (multiple sites available to pick up work at)

🕗 Hours: Shifts vary between 7am - 7:30pm, typically 6-9 hours, depending on client needs

💰 Pay: £17.00 - £19.00 per hour (experience dependent)

🧾 What you'll be doing:

• Preparing and cooking fresh dishes to a consistently high standard
• Confidently running your own section during service
• Correct storage, rotation, and organisation of ingredients
• Assisting with deliveries and maintaining an orderly kitchen
• Upholding excellent hygiene and food safety standards
• Communicating clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Supporting the wider team with a positive, can‑do attitude

✅ What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as a chef in a hospitality setting (cafés, coffee shops, restaurants, bistros, etc.)
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (within 3 years)
• Chef whites and knives
• Ability to travel to various Derbyshire locations between 7am and 7:30pm
• Strong time management, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently
• Happy to support with general cleaning and kitchen duties
