🕗 Hours: Shifts vary between 7:00am - 7:30pm, typically 6-9 hours depending on client needs

💰 Pay: £17.00 - £19.00 per hour (experience dependent)

🧾 What you'll be doing:

Preparing and cooking fresh dishes to a high standard
Confidently running your own section during service
Ensuring correct storage, rotation, and organisation of ingredients
Assisting with deliveries and maintaining a tidy kitchen
Upholding food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
Communicating clearly with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams
Supporting the wider team with a positive, can‑do attitude

✅ What we're looking for:

Previous chef experience in a hospitality setting (cafés, coffee shops, restaurants, bistros, etc.)
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (within the last 3 years)
Your own chef whites and knives
Ability to travel to various Lincoln locations between 7:00am and 7:30pm
Strong time management, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently
Willingness to help with general cleaning and kitchen duties
