What We're Looking For:
- Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or a confident Chef de Partie ready to progress
- Strong background in fresh, seasonal cooking
- Ability to support the senior team with kitchen management and service
- Good organisational skills and the ability to lead a section consistently
- A positive, hands‑on approach with excellent communication skills
- Passion for maintaining high standards and developing junior chefs
Your Role:
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Lead your own section to a high standard during service
- Assist with menu preparation and ensure dishes are delivered with consistency and creativity
- Uphold strict food safety and hygiene standards
- Help train and mentor junior members of the brigade
- Ensure smooth service and contribute to a professional, team‑focused environment
