A picturesque hotel situated in the beautiful village of New Forest area are looking to recruit an experienced Jnr Sous Chef for their team.
The restaurant has won accolades for its superb choice of fresh, locally sourced dishes served daily.

As a Jnr Sous Chef, you will work 5/7 Days - 48hrs per week - Straight Shift.

Chef Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook dishes to the required high standard
* Ensure food safety/health & hygiene
* Supervising all kitchen staff in absence of Sous & Head
* Ensure all areas are clean and tidy after service


Chef Requirements:
* Previous experience as a CDP or Jnr Sous
* Passionate about the hospitality industry
* A willingness to learn and progress
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
