👨🍳 Running the kitchen solo with KP support during busy services
🥗 Designing and executing a modern, vibrant brunch and lunch menu
🛒 Sourcing fresh, high-quality ingredients for exciting, seasonal creations
🧑🤝🧑 Contributing to a warm, energetic bistro culture that values great food and great people
✅ Maintaining exceptional hygiene and kitchen organization
💰 Competitive salary - £32,000 per year / £17.58 per hour, 35 hours per week
📅 5/7 days - Flexibility to work weekend day shifts
