  • Monday: 08:00 - 16:00
  • Tuesday: 08:00 - 16:00
  • Wednesday: 09:00 - 14:00
  • Thursday: 09:00 - 14:00

🍴 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals to agreed standards.
• Support the smooth running of the kitchen during service.
• Ensure food hygiene and health & safety standards are always maintained.
• Assist with stock control and food ordering.
• Help create nutritious and appealing menus.
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment.
• Work closely with the wider catering team to deliver exceptional food service.

👤 About You

• Previous experience as a Chef, Cook, or Chef de Partie.
• Passion for fresh food and quality ingredients.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude with excellent teamwork skills.
• Experience within education, contract catering, or hospitality environments would be advantageous.
