Are you a cook manager looking for a great opportunity with a leading global player in the contract catering industry?

We are currently recruiting for a Cook Manager for our educational contract catering site based in Battersea.

Key Information:

* Hourly - £15.66

* Hours: 30 hours per week, Term time only

* Location: Battersea

* Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

* Ensuring that all food items and products are stored, prepared correctly

* Ordering ingredients based on the menu and demand

* Supervising food preparation in the kitchen

* Ensuring customer satisfaction

* Maintaining clean working environments

* Working with chefs and management to create menu items

* Scheduling shifts

In order to be successful, you'll need to have:

* Experience working in a similar role / establishment

Experience in kitchen management

* Passionate about food

* Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to take operation to the next level

* Good leadership skills
