🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to agreed standards.
• Delivering friendly, high‑quality catering service.
• Supporting food preparation and ensuring a clean, organised kitchen.
• Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver smooth service.

• Strong understanding of fresh produce and ingredients.
• Experience in professional kitchens and across different cuisines.
• Knowledge of food production methods and kitchen procedures.
