Senior Sous Chef - £36,000-£38,000 + Live-in Option + Tips - Outskirts of Lyndhurst

We're seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team across a small group of quality-focused hotels. If you're passionate about food, thrive under pressure, and want to be part of a friendly and supportive kitchen environment, this is your perfect next move.

What You'll Get:

• Salary up to £38,000, based on experience
• Live-in available (£10 per day, all utilities included)
• Share of approx. £2,000 in tips annually
• 40-hour contract, 5 out of 7 days
• Shift patterns: 6:00am-3:00pm or 12:00pm-9:30pm
• A stable, well-equipped kitchen and a genuinely friendly team

Your Role:

• Support the Head Chef with daily operations and kitchen management
• Lead service with confidence and consistency
• Mentor and train junior chefs
• Help shape menus and specials with creative flair and seasonal focus

• A strong background in professional kitchens, ideally hotel-based
• A natural leader with a calm, can-do attitude
• Passion for cooking with fresh ingredients and delivering great food consistently
