Salary: £42,000 per annum
Hours: 40-45 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days, mixed shifts

About the Role
We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at our renowned hotel in Fareham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced chef looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen
Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen brigade
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Assist with menu development and cost control
Oversee stock management and ordering
Maintain compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations

About You
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a hotel or high-volume restaurant
Strong leadership and communication skills
Creative flair with a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
