Senior Chef de Partie
Location: Near Liphook
Pay: £14.50 per hour (45 hours per week + paid overtime + tips)
Live-in available: £450 per month (approx. 40-minute walk to site)
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join a prestigious luxury spa and hotel near Liphook. The kitchen caters for both hotel guests and daytime spa visitors, focusing on fresh, high-quality ingredients while maintaining a strong emphasis on nutritional balance and dietary requirements.

Key Info
- 5 days out of 7
- 45 hours per week + paid overtime
- Shifts typically 12:30pm - 10:00pm with some 8:00am starts
- 2 consecutive days off each week
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present breakfast and lunch buffets, ensuring they remain fully stocked and visually appealing
- Assist with café and dinner service, maintaining consistency and quality across all dishes
- Support senior kitchen management and help lead your section effectively
- Uphold high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation within your section
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience at Chef de Partie level or above, ideally stepping into a senior role
- Background in high-quality or luxury establishments
- Experience catering for 100+ covers
- Strong understanding of health & hygiene standards
- Experience with ordering and stock control
- Ability to support and mentor junior team members
