We are seeking a talented Senior Sous Chef to join our renowned restaurant with stunning sea views. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills, contribute to a thriving kitchen, and work alongside a passionate team.

Key Information:

• Salary: £38,000 + £4-5k in tips per year
• Location: New Milton
• Contract: Permanent
• Hours: 40-45 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days
• Live-in accommodation available onsite (£350 per month, includes all bills and meals on duty)

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading kitchen operations and maintaining exceptional food quality
• Overseeing food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet high standards
• Supporting the Head Chef in menu planning and innovation
• Managing kitchen hygiene, stock control, and cost efficiency
• Mentoring and training junior kitchen staff

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of fresh, locally sourced ingredients
• Proven experience in a busy, high-end kitchen environment
• Ability to lead and support a team effectively
• Passion for culinary excellence and embracing new ideas
• A positive and approachable attitude
