As the Chef, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, producing quality meals for students, staff and visitors. Working closely with Catering Assistants and the Catering Manager, you will ensure that high standards of food safety, hygiene and service are met at all times.
You will help maintain the school's 5* Environmental Health rating by following all food safety, health & safety and hygiene procedures. This role is part of the wider Operations Team, which includes Catering, Cleaning and Maintenance. This role will involve working on a full-time basis (40hrs per week) covering weekdays and weekends on a rotating shift pattern
