At Blue Arrow, we're looking for talented Sous Chefs across Plymouth, Exeter & Taunton/Yeovil and the surrounding area who want more control over their schedule without compromising on earnings.

The Role

As a Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering high quality food service whilst supporting kitchen operations and leading teams during busy service periods.

You may be working in a variety of environments, giving you the opportunity to broaden your experience, develop your skills and work with some fantastic teams.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen standards
• A positive attitude and team focused approach
• Ability to perform well in busy kitchen environments
