The Role

As a Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in supporting the Head Chef and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen. You'll be responsible for maintaining high food standards, leading the team when required, and helping to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or experienced Chef de Partie
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• A passion for fresh, high-quality food
• Understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations
• Ability to perform under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
