About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a talented and driven Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at a prestigious 4-star hotel in Bridgwater.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious chef looking to develop their career within a high-quality hospitality environment, with a strong focus on progression and training.

The Role:

• Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes across all service areas
• Supervise and motivate the kitchen team
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, presentation, and consistency
• Contribute to menu development and innovation
• Ensure smooth and efficient service at all times

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
• Passion for fresh, high-quality food
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment
• Commitment to maintaining high culinary standards
