🔹 What We Offer:
💷 £15.15 per hour
🕒 40 hours per week
📅 Monday to Friday with weekends off on a rota basis
⏰ Straight shifts only - no split shifts!
Early: 06:00-14:30
Late: 12:00-19:30
Occasional Day: 08:00-16:30

🔹 About the Role:
As Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality, nutritious meals in a fast-paced catering environment. You'll help lead the kitchen team, maintain food safety standards, and contribute to menu planning and service excellence.

🔹 What We're Looking For:
Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
A passion for fresh, wholesome food and great service
Strong organisational and communication skills
Knowledge of food hygiene and allergen management
