We're looking for a motivated and reliable Sous Chef to join our contract catering team at a highly regarded site near Amesbury. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who enjoys structure, daytime hours, and a supportive kitchen environment.

What's on Offer

• £14.18 per hour
• Pay increase in April
• 40 hours per week
• Shifts: Any 5 out of 7 days
• Shift patterns between 05:30-14:00 and 09:30-18:00
• Only 1 weekend in every 4

The Role

As Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef and work closely with the kitchen team to prepare fresh, quality meals for a consistent customer base. This role is ideal if you enjoy predictable shifts, well‑structured service, and a calm, professional environment without late nights.

What We're Looking For

• Previous Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie experience
• A passion for fresh food and excellent service
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
• Reliability, strong organisation, and a positive, can‑do attitude
