🕒 Hours: 37.5 hours per week
📅 Schedule: Any 5 out of 7 days - mix of early and late shifts
📆 Weekend Work: Required on rotation to suit business needs

What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting the Head Chef in delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment
Leading and mentoring kitchen staff
Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Assisting with menu planning and stock control
Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen

What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
Experience in contract catering or similar high-volume environments
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends
