🔹 The Role

As Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations, food prep, service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This is a great role for someone who loves professional cooking without the chaos of restaurant late nights.

🔹 Hours & Shift Pattern

40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7, including:

• 06:00 - 14:00
• 12:00 - 20:00
• 1 weekend in every 3

Predictable shifts and no excessive overtime - perfect for balance.
