Join a warm, food-focused country pub nestled in the picturesque village of Beaulieu, right in the heart of the New Forest. We pride ourselves on using fresh, seasonal produce to create hearty, quality dishes that reflect the best of British cuisine-served with a side of charm and countryside hospitality.

We're on the lookout for a passionate Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in delivering consistently excellent food, leading kitchen operations, mentoring junior staff, and bringing creativity to specials and menu development.
