We're on the lookout for a talented and driven Sous Chef to join our friendly team at a busy, fresh‑food pub/restaurant near Chichester. If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and enjoy working with quality ingredients, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

🔥 About the Role

• Full-time position - 5 days out of 7
• Approx. 45 hours per week
• High-volume kitchen serving up to 300 covers on busy summer days
• Focus on fresh, quality food

💷 What's On Offer

• Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 per year
• Up to £5,000 in tips annually
• Stable hours and a supportive working environment
• Strong, close-knit kitchen team

🏡 Live-In Accommodation Available

• Comfortable private accommodation (not staff digs)
• Located in central Chichester (approx. 6 miles from site)
• £145 per week

• Confident leading a team and supporting the Head Chef
• Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume setting
